  The 135,000 SF, $15,000,000 project consisted of complete interior fit-out onthe top five floors  within a core and shell of the   new Brooklyn Renaissance Plaza Building. The office floors were configured as an open plan with panoramic views. A State-of-   the-art computer center, a corporate traning center, and employee cafeteria with full commercial kitchen.

  Horowitz Architects worked with Empire from initial programming to furniture selection, developing planning alternatives in   response to a complex program within a multi-storey space.
